    - Well-versed with Adobe Suite, Video editing & other visual design tools are plus.

    - Creative Design Approach and a fan of social media.

    - Must be great at problem-solving creatively and can handle pressure effectively.

    - The candidate will be responsible for designing featured images for websites, Social media campaigns, logos, E-mailers, Illustrations, Short videos & promotional campaigns for clients.

    - Formulating original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to the complex design roadblocks using best practices and standards.

    - Working closely with the editorial and social media team to keep a track of what's new in the tech, and based on that building future campaigns.

    - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

    - Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

    - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

    - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

    - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

    - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

    - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

    - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

    - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

  • 4. Social Media Manager/Client Servicing Manager


    - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters (very quick in terms of replying on all platforms ).

    - Serving as a bridge between the client and your team ( All communication needs to be done by you with the client and your team ).

    - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships ( meeting the client on weekly basis ).

    - Make the marketing plan for the upcoming month according to the client needs.

    - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the marketing  plans according to client’s needs and objectives.

    - Plan out the budgets for the entire month.

    - Keep a track of sponsored ads and maintain the budget sheet.

    - Forecast and track key account metrics.

    - Prepare monthly reports.

    - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to the clients.

    - Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

    - Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

    - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

    - Checking the hygiene of page every week and getting the changes done (if any).
